• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' speech and language skills
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and cognitive deficits
• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in various settings, including one-on-one sessions and group therapy
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited institution
• Current licensure as an SLP in the state of Alabama
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
