Sante is seeking a Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our new Regional Mobile Response (MRT) Team in Eldersburg, Maryland. This is a Part‑Time role working Saturdays and Sundays. The available shifts are 8:00 am‑4:00 pm, 4:00 pm‑12:00 am, and 12:00 am‑8:00 pm. This is an in‑person role. NOT REMOTE!

• Perform on‑scene assessments, clinical evaluation, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations.
• Effectively perform crisis intervention, including de‑escalation, crisis planning, and implementation.
• Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
• Partner with police, first responders, and other community agencies when needed.
• Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and at least two (2) years of crisis experience.
  • Experience is preferred but not required.
• Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW‑C or LCPC).
  • Willing to train newly licensed individuals or candidates scheduled to test within 1 month of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.

• Hourly Rate: $35.00‑$37.00 per hour, based on experience and licensure.
