Store Manager-Eldersburg, MD

Join us as the Store Manager-Eldersburg, MD at High's. High's is seeking an experienced Store Manager who will lead the entire store operation, manage a team, and execute organizational objectives to achieve excellence in customer service, associate satisfaction, brand standards, and profitability.

• Supervise the day-to-day task assignments and performance of all management and associates.
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers by soliciting and responding to customer feedback through a structured response plan.
• Manage all personnel matters – recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, engagement, and performance management.
• Ensure execution of safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and programs.
• Analyze results and trends and prepare action plans to leverage store strengths and address opportunities.
• Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate daily assignments to meet business needs.
• Ensure profitability while creating a positive work environment.
• Additional duties as needed.

• Leadership experience in a fast‑paced retail, food service, or fuel environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Availability and flexibility to work all shifts, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Ability to learn and utilize store computer applications.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Retail environment with occasional exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, and contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products.
• Ability to spend most of the shift standing with frequent bending and lifting.
• Commitment to maintain full store operations in all weather conditions.
