We are seeking an experienced Harley-Davidson Service Sales Associate (Service Writer/Advisor) for our Columbia, SC dealership or someone with Service Advisor experience and the ability to learn the Harley-Davidson way. This position greets our customers into our Service department. Good listening skills are a must.
Responsibilities- Greet customers in the Service Department and guide them through their service experience.
- Listen to customer needs and identify service requirements.
- Conduct a walk-around with the customer to identify potential service needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members; provide excellent customer service.
- 2 or more years of experience preferred.
- Must be able to conduct a walk-around with the customer to identify any potential service needs.
- Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Must be computer literate.
- Experience with Talon
ES is preferred, but the ability to learn will be taken into consideration. - Must have a motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license.
- Job Type: Full-time.

- Salary is based upon experience. Potential $80,000 annually.
