WM is seeking a Plant Manager to operate and optimize a Landfill Gas to RNG facility, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and reliable production. You will act as the plant owner, coordinating with WMRE management and third-party vendors to meet contractual targets.
The role requires hands-on control of instrumentation and process equipment, strong data analysis, budgeting, and the ability to lead maintenance activities, including after-hours call-outs when needed.
