Home Support Worker

Location: Chandlers Court, Elgin IV30 4GF

Working Hours: 21 hours per week over 3 days (9 months FTC)

Remuneration: £14,693 per annum (during 6-month probation period), £15,467 per annum (upon completion of successful probation)

Our Chandlers Court Housing with Care development in Elgin provides enhanced care provision to adults living with varying needs. This includes physical disability, learning disabilities, older adults and vulnerable adults. Our residents live in their own homes, and our team is at the forefront of helping to support residents to live as independently as they are able with services adapted to individual care and support plans.

This post is a 9‑month Fixed Term Contract and will involve 21 hours per week over 3 days including weekends and public holidays, so we are looking for the successful candidate to show flexibility to support the needs of the people we support.

You will be working as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered flexibly and in a dignified, safe and stimulating way and in full compliance with both statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • An ability to complete a full and satisfactory PVG check prior to joining (you must be a member of the PVG scheme prior to starting this role with us).
