We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Community Mental Health Nurse to join our friendly multidisciplinary team. This role supports individuals affected by alcohol and drug use through a trauma-informed, person-centred approach that promotes recovery, wellbeing and hope.

• Provide holistic assessments and care planning.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and recovery support.
• Build positive therapeutic relationships with service users and families. Work collaboratively with health, social work and third-sector partners.
• Support harm reduction, rehabilitation and recovery goals.

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in substance use services is desirable but not essential.
