As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—serving with heart and pride. You’ll load your van and deliver to regular customers, playing a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, putting customers at the center by delivering products right to their front door with a smile. When you’re not on the road, you’ll keep your van clean and fit for the next delivery, and when we are busy, you’ll help your team by picking and packing online orders.

• Load and deliver products to customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean and well‑kept van, ensuring all safety checks are performed.
• Assist in picking and packing online orders during busy periods.
• Deliver excellent customer service and problem‑solve any delivery issues.

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Customer‑focused attitude and a friendly approach to service.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work shifts including weekends and evenings.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Willingness to learn and build skills through training.
