Rentokil Pest Control – Graduate Pest Control Technician (Elgin)

We are looking for a Graduate Pest Control Technician to cover Elgin and surrounding areas. No prior experience is required as comprehensive, industry‑leading training will be provided. Graduates with science‑based, business management or social science degrees have successfully entered the role.

• Competitive salary package – starting at £27,669 per annum
• Expected OTE of £32,566 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes

• Full‑time, permanent role (Monday‑Friday, 40‑hour week, with potential for up to 48 hours and increased salary)

You will begin as a Pest Control Technician, working the initial 6‑12 months to cover a specific geographic area, providing excellent customer service and implementing pest control solutions.

• Inspect customer premises for pest signs and identify potential risks
• Tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest activity
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene of premises
• Complete accurate reports after each visit
• Exemplify professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service

Following the first year, you can choose one of the following roles:

• Sales Surveyor
• Field Biologist
• Service Team Leader
• Key Account Manager

• Minimum 2.2 degree in science/BSc or related subject, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism
• Motivation to work hard and enjoy customer interaction
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role
