Job DescriptionLocation: Trinity Road, Elgin, IV30 1RJ
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week
Contract: Temporary Cover
Start Date: To be confirmed
Job SummaryWe are recruiting a reliable part-time Cleaner for a government office site in Elgin. This is an afternoon/evening cleaning position working three hours per day, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will work independently and be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and presentable environment.
Duties- General cleaning of offices and communal areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Wiping and sanitising surfaces
- Replenishing consumables where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction
- Comfortable with lone working
- Comfortable being a key holder
- Able to operate an alarm panel where required
- Reliable with good attention to detail
- Able to commit to the full Monday-to-Friday shift pattern
- Must use the site's telephone time and attendance clocking system
