Customer Service Manager (Retail) – Full Time
Do you love making customers happy and leading a team that actually enjoys work? Can you juggle tasks, tame data, and still keep a smile on your face?
We’re looking for a Manager to:- Lead and motivate our awesome team
- Keep customers grinning from ear to ear
- Make processes smoother than a fresh jar of Nutella
- Tackle back-office tasks without breaking a sweat
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Manager
, working 40 hours per week across 7 days on a rota basis
.
- Someone who’s led a team before—bonus points for retail experience
