ENABLE Scotland is seeking a Team Facilitator to join our Moray team in Elgin. You will lead and support a team of Personal Assistants to deliver safe, person-centred support, working closely with the Service Manager.
The role requires a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and willingness to travel across Moray. You will foster strong communication, supervise staff, and contribute to assessments, planning and quality assurance.
