Job Title: Spinning Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Spinning Operative to join our busy Yarn Manufacturing team on a permanent basis. This is a full time, permanent post working an average of 38 hours a week over a three-shift rotation (early, back and night shifts). Rate of pay for this role is £13.45 per hour, plus shift pay allowance.

As a Spinning Operative here at Johnstons of Elgin, you will be operating a spinning machine to manufacture yarns to be used for knitting or weaving. You will nonetheless aim to achieve the required output levels to meet our production plan. No experience is needed as full training will be provided.

• Have previous experience working in a factory environment or operating machinery
