We're seeking a Relief Quarry Supervisor to play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy quarry operation. This is a varied position that combines people leadership, operational supervision, plant operations, compliance and continuous improvement, offering excellent opportunities to develop your career within a leading construction materials business.

Location: based at Cloddach Sand and Gravel Quarry in Elgin, the role is easily accessible from Inverness, Forres, Kinloss, Lossiemouth and surrounding areas.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Section Manager, you'll support the safe and efficient operation of the quarry while leading site teams and ensuring production targets are achieved. Key responsibilities will include:
