Overview
Are you a compassionate, experienced nurse leader ready to make a meaningful impact in mental health care across Moray? We are seeking a Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our mental health team within Moray/NHS Grampian. This Band 8a role offers an opportunity to lead and shape advanced nursing practice in both community and inpatient settings.
What We’re Looking For- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent qualification.
- Independent Prescriber (V300).
- Significant experience in mental health nursing, ideally in both community and inpatient settings.
- Proven leadership and service development experience.
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
- Provide expert clinical care using advanced assessment, diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Lead on service development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support and supervise nursing staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care, social work, and third sector partners.
- Contribute to strategic planning and workforce development across mental health services in Moray.
- Be part of a supportive, innovative team committed to delivering high-quality mental health care.
