Chef

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef/Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals, ensuring food quality, maintaining cleanliness, and working closely with your fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standard procedures.
• Menu Creation: Assist with menu planning and food prep to meet customer demand and seasonal offerings.
• Quality Control: Ensure food quality, portion sizes, and presentation meet company standards.
• Safety and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene at all times.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Customer Service: Address customer food-related concerns and ensure that all meals are delivered to the highest standard.
• Stock Control: Assist in managing kitchen inventory and placing orders as needed.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or cooking environment (at least 2 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Great teamwork and communication skills.
• Passion for food and a creative approach to cooking.
