As a Stock Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the store remains well‑stocked and organised for a seamless shopping experience. From receiving and replenishing deliveries to maintaining accurate inventory levels, you’ll help keep the store running efficiently while upholding high standards of stock presentation, safety, and compliance.

• Work harmoniously with your colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
• Actively participate in team discussions and problem‑solving, contributing innovative ideas to achieve shared goals.
• Share knowledge and skills to support and train both new and existing team members.
• Receive and process deliveries efficiently, accept incoming shipments, check for accuracy, and ensure products are properly stocked and stored to maintain inventory integrity.
• Replenish stock and maintain store presentation; regularly restock shelves and displays to ensure customers have access to a well‑stocked and visually appealing store environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and store standards, conduct daily housekeeping tasks, including tidying shelves, maintaining fitting rooms, and ensuring overall cleanliness of the store.
• Build strong connections with customers, engaging with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all.
• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a high‑performing and motivated workplace.
• Support store management in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, helping the team achieve its full potential.
