Pay

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; you may choose fewer hours (minimum 12). The following are the availability windows requested for scheduling:

• Sun: 23:00 – 05:30
• Thu: 23:00 – 08:00
• Fri: 23:00 – 08:00
• Sat: 23:00 – 08:00
