B&Q Elgin is seeking a Shift Lead for a part-time role, 18 hours per week, covering weekends and one weekday. The permanent position offers £14.50 per hour, a pension, and 6.6 weeks holiday, with shifts ranging from 6am to 10pm.
You will oversee shifts, deploy colleagues, be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, and help ensure a safe, welcoming store environment where every customer counts.
