Hours:

40 hrs/week + overtime, late shift or split shift rotation

Holidays: 30 days/year

* Your Role Will Involve:
* Conducting routine servicing and complex repairs, including brakes, gearboxes, clutches, and more.

* Performing electronic and mechanical fault finding, as well as pre-MOT investigations.

* Ensuring all work meets the highest standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.

* Managing administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and comprehensive.

* Fostering a positive and professional company image and maintaining robust working relationships with clients.

* Who We Are Looking For:
* * Technicians with proven experience in the inspection, repair, and service of vans or light commercial vehicles.

* Individuals who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to excellence.

* Candidates who possess excellent communication skills and can work efficiently under pressure.

* VAG experience would be an advantage.
