Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time
The roleResponsible for the day-to-day management of physical inventory, ensuring materials are received, stored, issued, and controlled efficiently. The role maintains accurate and up-to-date inventory records, supports effective stock control processes, and ensures materials are readily available to meet operational requirements. The post holder is also responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑organised stores environment while adhering to company procedures and health and safety standards.
Youwill
- Receive and return store materials according to company procedures.
- Issue materials to personnel based on stock requests from the Resource Controller.
- Conduct regular stock checks and keep inventory records updated.
- Report inventory levels and discrepancies to the Resource Controller as necessary.
- Maintain general housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials as required
- Counterbalance desirable
