We are seeking a Bookkeeper who will play a crucial role in managing our jobs, processing timesheets, and ensuring smooth bookkeeping operations. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and committed to precision in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage financial tracking of projects from commencement to completion.

Manage the accounting for select projects working with the project managers and Finance Administrator.

Assist with creating and maintaining project budgets.

Process accounts payable and ensure proper approvals and recording to appropriate projects.

Assist with accounts receivable as needed.

Assist with credit card reconciliations and expense approvals.

Responsible for filing.

Assist with time sheet review and approvals.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping within the construction or related industry

Proficiency in accounting software.

Understanding of job tracking and general accounting functions

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary at $25.00 - $30.00 an hour, commensurate with experience.
