Accounts Payable Associate

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Associate to join our AP team. In this role, you’ll support full‑cycle accounts payable operations, ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and maintain strong relationships to uphold financial integrity.

Base pay range: $18.70/hr – $25.08/hr

Additional compensation:
Annual bonus.

• Process 200–300 invoices weekly using 2‑way and 3‑way matching
• Review and verify invoice details including PO, pricing, and vendor information
• Reconcile entries and verify accuracy using OCR systems
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Assist with month‑end close and sales tax reporting
• Support continuous improvement of AP processes

• 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and basic accounting principles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
