We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The shifts will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings and a Saturday morning. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
• Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
