HR Business Partner

Business Excellence Group is scaling fast in IL, and growth that fast either gets steered carefully or gets very expensive. You'll take full ownership of Employee Relations initiatives, work alongside a strong team, and earn $72,000 - $99,000 in this hybrid role.

• Design dashboards that track revenue, retention, and unit economics
• Tighten the reporting loop until bad news travels in hours, not weeks
• Stress-test the forecast against the IL scenario nobody wants
• Read the Talent Management signals early enough to steer before the quarter closes
• Watch competitor moves and tell Business Excellence Group which ones actually matter

• Comfort with a Business Excellence Group pace that rarely sits still
• 3+ years owning outcomes, not just completing tasks
• The communication discipline to over-share early and trim later
• Real curiosity about why Business Excellence Group customers do what they do

What sets Business Excellence Group apart is a quality-obsessed team in Elgin that treats every customer like a partner. Giving and receiving direct feedback is a skill we practice openly across every level.

The number is $72,000 - $99,000; the rest is mentorship, health coverage, paid growth time, and a hybrid arrangement that respects your evenings.

Nothing stale here: the HR Business Partner slot was re-confirmed open earlier today.
