B&C Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Superintendent with extensive experience in commercial retail and QSR construction.

$85,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring tasks are executed safely and follow the project plan and quality standards.
• Coordinate construction schedules, ensuring the timely completion of projects.
• Lead and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, tradespeople, and construction teams.
• Regularly inspect ongoing work, ensuring adherence to architectural and engineering specifications.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
• Act as the main point of contact on-site for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of construction progress, including daily reports, equipment logs, and personnel records.
• Quickly address and resolve on-site issues such as delays, supply shortages, or design changes, minimizing disruption to the project timeline.

• 3+ years' experience as a construction superintendent or similar role in commercial construction.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles specifically for ground‑up new commercial construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30‑hour certification, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant certifications highly preferred.
• Proficient in construction management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and blueprint reading.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Starting salary at $85,000 – $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
