We’re seeking a detail-driven Estimator to join our Elgin, IL office. In this role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates for heavy highway, bridge, and site development projects.

• Review project plans and specifications.
• Analyze material and labor requirements.
• Secure vendor pricing and negotiate rates.
• Develop bid proposals and cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with budget and schedule.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with DOT or municipal projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software.
• Background in civil or construction management (preferred).
