The purpose of this role is:

Responsible for handling a variety of customer service calls in a prompt and courteous manner and queries relating to all bank services. In a prompt and courteous manner resolve customer queries. Cross sells bank services and supports all functions within the Customer Support Center.

Key functions of the job are:

• Receives customer questions and complaints in a professional manner and promptly responds within established guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service at a full-service financial institution.
• Must be able to work rotational shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Completes research and resolves documentation errors or discrepancies.
• As assigned, actions and replies to customer queries and complaints received by E-mail or secure correspondence within 24 hours.
• Provides basic information to customers on accounts, payments, interest rates, bank accounts, credit and debit cards, and Online Banking.
• Assist Customer Service Centers with processing General Amendment Requests, Bank Reference Requests, Repurchasing Stale-Dated Drafts, and closing DCU Accounts.
• Other duties as may be required.

Cayman National offers an excellent benefits package including pension, health, life and disability insurance. Dependent on experience, the successful candidate can expect an annual salary of between CI $32,868.00 – CI $47,556.00.
