As a Day Esthetics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students interested in pursuing careers in esthetics. You will cover key topics such as skincare principles, makeup application techniques, and industry best practices, fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum and lesson plans for daytime classes
• Conduct practical lessons and demonstrations in esthetics techniques
• Evaluate student performance and provide valuable feedback for improvement
• Maintain a welcoming and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve course offerings

• Must possess a valid State of Illinois Educator License for Beauty Culture
• Demonstrated experience in esthetics, particularly in skincare and makeup application
• Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their career goals
• Availability for daytime shifts, typically Monday through Friday

* In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $23.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.*
