Job SummaryThe purpose of this position is to assist the Recruitment and Outreach Services area, a unit of the Admissions and Recruitment office, with event promotion, campus tours, greeting students, and answering phone and providing general office support.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Completed at least one semester of classes (at least 6 semester hours) at ECC
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with technology, including typing, MS Office, and basic computer functions
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and technology
- Familiarity with ECC's campus and the enrollment process, or ability to learn these skills quickly
- Assist recruitment with event staffing and promotion
- Give campus tours
- Answer phones and make calls
- General office support
- Reception desk coverage
