Work Schedule:Flexible hours, up to 9/week. The Write Place is open 9 am - 7 pm Monday -, 10 am - 1 pm Friday.
Rate of Pay:$22/hr

Job Summary:Help students improve their writing skills as they work on writing assignments for any class, not just English.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Bachelor's Degree in English, writing, or related area.
- Must be responsible, independent workers who maintain an on‑time commitment.
- Must possess sensitivity to the needs of disadvantaged/at‑risk students.
- Must possess sensitivity for students of all cultures and backgrounds.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, how to tutor students with disabilities.
- Previous teaching experience preferred, especially with high school or college level students.
- Master's level coursework or Master's degree in English or writing preferred.
Other duties as assigned that pertain to the job description.
