We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support high-volume manufacturing. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in compliance with requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for quality processes and ensure compliance with control plans, work instructions, inspection procedures, P‑FMEA and other quality standards.
  • Perform process audits, layered process audits (LPA), and product inspections.
  • Lead and support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions for new and existing products.
  • Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to ensure accurate interpretation of engineering drawings.
  • Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Manage and maintain gauge calibration programs to ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audits for ISO
    9001 compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis tools.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Skills and experience to thrive in this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial) with five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Windows 10 OS environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office product family.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PPAP, GD&T, SPC, and gauge calibration systems.
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and 8D problem‑solving.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
