Supplier Development Engineer

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support new product kick-off
• Maintain Inventory Management system with up-to-date pricing, minimum order quantities, weights, and dimension
• Consult with quality and other design engineers to ensure a successful product launch.
• Work directly with vendors to develop and implement sourcing strategies, release vendor orders, evaluate sample manufacturability, and communicate sample quality feedback
• Host quarterly reviews with key suppliers and new suppliers with on-time delivery performance, quality issues, and communication evaluation.
• Identify opportunities to improve new product on time performance, and constantly seek ways to optimize sample processes with changing business needs
• Solve problems related to New Products and New product feasibility
• Other duties as assigned

• Master's degree in supply chain engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or Related Field
• Must be proficient in Thai Language (written and verbal)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with attention to detail and organizational skills
• Detail oriented and meticulous
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks throughout the workday
• Able to analyze data, find solutions and make a confident decision in a timely manner
• Capable of forming and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Manufacturing experience, particularly in molding and extruding technologies, as well as metal processing preferred but not required
