Midera Food Processing is seeking a Field Automation Engineer to support our Rapid Vision Pak division. This is a hands-on role for a highly technical professional who combines strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with excellent customer communication.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot automated packaging and processing equipment
- Work with Allen-Bradley PLC systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues
- Perform startups, commissioning, and equipment validation
- Train customer personnel and provide technical support
- Serve as the primary technical representative at customer sites
- $40-$50/hour DOE

Requirements What We're Looking For- Allen-Bradley PLC experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Critical thinker who enjoys solving problems independently
- Comfortable working directly with customers
- Willingness to travel 50-60%, including frequent weekend travel
