Customer Service Rep, Casino, Gaming Manager, Online Gaming / Sports Betting
JOB SUMMARY
Provide exceptional guest service in order to recruit and retain guests into our Caesars Rewards Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in coordinating all activities for the recruiting of new guests and retention of existing guests.
- Administer complimentary cards to guests based on the guidelines set by the Grand Victoria Casino.
- Understand and explain all rated player program requirements to employees and guests.
- Function as a highly visible customer service representative on the casino floor.
- Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future.
- Must be able to be licensed by Illinois Gaming Board.
- Must be minimally 21 years old.
High school diploma/GED required, as well as 5 years prior experience in marketing, sales, or player development environment, preferably in the gaming industry. Ability to provide own transportation to off-property locations required. Strong understanding of in-person customer service.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTWork is performed primarily on the casino floor or at off-property locations for recruitment of new guests; regular interaction with guests as well as with staff of other departments; ability to tolerate varying conditions of temperature, noise levels, illumination, and air quality.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 Annually (Depending on Experience)
