• Benchmark divisional performance using KPIs such as ROA, working capital, inventory turns, DSO, headcount, and bad debt. Analyze forecasts and variances to identify trends and opportunities.
• Review financial results for compliance with internal controls and US GAAP.
• Partner with divisions to implement cost‑saving initiatives and strategic projects.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to improve and align close procedures.
• Provide guidance to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
• Conduct balance sheet analysis, focusing on inventory and reserves.
• Prepare internal management reports and handle ad hoc financial projects.
• Analyze financial results to identify profitability drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing corporate financial policies.

• Ethical, credible, and collaborative team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver concise recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or finance.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
