Licensed Tax Accountant – In-Store

Overview

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round Turbo Tax Retail Experts in one of our Turbo Tax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Turbo Tax - Retail Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

About the Role:

In this role, you will work on-site from a Turbo Tax Retail or Flagship location as part of a collaborative team of financial experts, serving in-person customers who use Intuit Turbo Tax products.

You will serve customers in-person using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will leverage your tax expertise to provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. Your ability to demonstrate understanding of each customer’s unique situation, and connect with them on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress some may feel when tackling their taxes.

Additionally, you will play a key role in growing Turbo Tax’s client base within the local community, attracting new clients, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. You will leverage Turbo Tax marketing support and software to empower you in building a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both you and your community.

This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence at a Turbo Tax location in the United States.

What You’ll Do:

Be a Proactive Community Ambassador

• Enthusiastically represent Turbo Tax locally, serving as a fixture and public face of Turbo Tax in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients through proactive outreach.
• Lead and participate with the support of Turbo Tax in local marketing, making the topic of taxes accessible and approachable.
