Prepare federal and state tax returns for customers using Turbo Tax at an onsite retail location.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tax advice and assistance while completing individual and business returns.
- Identify deductions, credits, and other tax-saving opportunities.
- Support tax planning by answering customer questions and helping them make informed decisions.
- Help customers effectively use Turbo Tax products and understand return-related steps.
- Deliver personalized service and guidance based on each customer’s tax situation.
- Build local client relationships through outreach and community engagement.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax preparation concepts.
- Ability to provide clear, accurate tax guidance and customer support.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working with tax software and explaining product usage.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
