Full‑time position, Monday through Friday. Responsible for providing support for the professional counseling team in the recovery home program.

Essential Functions
  • Provide case management for the clients.
  • Encourage, monitor, and maintain a therapeutic environment.
  • Outreach to other agencies to increase referrals and engagement from the community.
  • Assess the client’s ability to meet admission criteria and placement.
  • Complete intake packets for admission into program.
  • Schedule intakes and walk‑throughs.
  • Conduct weekly discussions with clients regarding program fees.
  • Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individuals in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Position Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Background check clearance required.
  • Annual TB test required.
  • Ability to effectively utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) as an essential tool to complete clinical documentation and other job functions.
  • Ability to utilize NOWPOW to conduct case management for the clients.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
  • Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency preferred.
  • Access to reliable transportation preferred.
  • Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage preferred.
