About Our ClientAddison Group is supporting our client, a growing manufacturing organization, in hiring an HR Generalist to join their regional HR team. This role offers strong exposure, hands‑on experience, and a clear path for career growth.
Job DescriptionThe HR Generalist will support several locations and functional groups, partnering closely with managers and employees. This role covers recruiting, employee relations, HR operations, and project support in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned openings and support broader hiring needs.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and new‑hire processes.
- Serve as a primary HR contact for multiple sites.
- Assist in employee relations matters and participate in investigations.
- Support leave management, workers’ compensation, and return‑to‑work processes.
- Maintain HR data accuracy and assist with reporting and analytics.
- Contribute to HRIS tasks in ADP and Success Factors.
- Support employee engagement efforts and training needs.
- Partner on HR projects, process improvements, and change management.
- Travel up to 25% to assigned locations.
- 2–5+ years of HR experience; ideal for someone ready for a step up.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Strong Excel and HRIS experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through.
- Clear growth path toward Senior HR Generalist.
- Exposure to new projects, acquisitions, and additional site ownership.
- Strong mentorship and team support.
