Overview

Senior Executive Recruiter role  are a leader in executive search and recruitment, partnering with organizations across industries to build world-class leadership teams. We deliver results through strategic thinking, market expertise, and genuine relationship-building. We are looking for a Senior Executive Recruiter to join our growing team to lead high-level searches, mentor junior recruiters, and drive client partnerships forward.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle executive search engagements, from client intake and strategy to candidate placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Consult with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and long-term business goals.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier executive talent.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present comprehensive candidate profiles to clients.
  • Negotiate offers and guide both clients and candidates through the closing process.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive intelligence to advise clients strategically.
  • Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of executive search or senior-level recruiting experience, preferably in a retained search environment.
  • Proven success placing leadership-level talent, including VP, C-suite, and board roles.
  • A strong professional network and deep knowledge of executive hiring trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches with precision and professionalism.
  • Strategic thinking and a consultative approach to solving client talent challenges.
  • Experience using modern recruiting tools and platforms (Linked In Recruiter, CRM/ATS, market mapping tools).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
