We are seeking an IT Tech to ensure the repair, maintenance and improvement of all aspects of the installed hardware base. Support and train users in the use of the installed equipment as needed.
Responsibilities- Maintains desk stations, peripherals, system backups, and utilities and resolves system problems. Upgrades, monitors and tunes software as directed.
- Maintains the Intranet Help Desk functions (responding to logged error calls, charting and analyzing typical error or help situations, fulfilling the time and problem resolution commitments, e.g. response on logged calls within 1 hour).
- Maintains PC based software, assists in evaluation of new software, and upgrades current software and hardware as directed.
- Performs other MIS staff functions as a backup during an emergency.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the WINDOWS XX OS environment.
- Excellent knowledge of the MS OFFICE product family.
- Experience setting up PCs for applications and troubleshooting skills to determine problems in PCs.

- Base Salary: $47,000 - $55,000 (commensurate with experience, subject to change dependent on physical location).
- Eligible for a 5% discretionary annual bonus.
- 21 days PTO to start – can earn up to 36 days over time.
