We are seeking a Service Technician I to support staging and configuration of telecommunication and infrastructure equipment prior to field deployment. This is a hands‑on, onsite role in a fast‑paced, factory‑style environment.

• Stage, configure, and test servers, workstations, switches, and firewalls
• Set up and configure Windows‑based systems
• Follow build and configuration documentation accurately
• Perform basic troubleshooting and issue resolution during staging
• Communicate daily progress to team leads and management
• Support quality, safety, and process compliance
• Assist with debugging sales order or configuration discrepancies

• 1–3 years of hands‑on technical experience (or less with a technical degree/certification)
• Experience working with servers, PCs, or networking equipment
• Basic knowledge of Windows systems and networking concepts
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation
• Comfortable working onsite in a factory or lab environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Experience with Cisco or HP networking equipment
• Basic scripting or automation exposure (Power Shell, Python, Bash)
• Prior data center, lab, or staging environment experience
