In-House Litigation Attorney

Epic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counsel to join our legal team. Located on our campus in Madison, WI, the position requires relocation assistance and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Manage litigation and regulatory matters for Epic as it expands its offerings.
• Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, and lead settlement negotiations.
• Counsel Epic on an evolving competitive landscape and evolving regulatory frameworks.

• 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI fully reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
