This permanent Project Manager for Electrical Construction will manage a variety of electrical construction projects, leveraging industry expertise and leadership to drive execution from initiation to completion. The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in the electrical construction industry, strong knowledge of NEC, and proven experience managing large‑scale projects.

• Oversee all project phases to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery with high quality.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for project success.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations, including NEC.
• Manage project equipment needs, procurement, maintenance, and logistics.
• Lead and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and productivity.
• Conduct regular project reviews and report status to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective action as needed.
• Continue improving project management processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Proven management of large‑scale electrical projects from start to finish.
• In‑depth knowledge of electrical systems, industrial equipment, and construction practices.
• Familiarity with NEC and related safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and risk‑mitigation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
