Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager-HVAC at our Elgin, IL, location. The Project Manager-HVAC will oversee project planning, execution, and completion within designated timelines and budgets. Daily tasks include organizing project schedules, leading teams, managing logistics, and inspecting work for quality and compliance with specifications. Coordination with expeditors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management with the ability to efficiently plan, execute, and oversee HVAC projects
• Proficiency in Expediting and working effectively as an Expeditor as needed
• Skills in Inspection to ensure compliance with quality and project standards
• Strong understanding of Logistics Management and the ability to coordinate materials and schedules
• Solid communication and leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and client satisfaction
• Experience in the HVAC or construction industry is highly valued
• Ability to thrive in an on-site environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
