• Ensure safety takes priority over productivity by enforcing all safety, health, permitting, housekeeping, and Management of Change (MOC) procedures.
• Lead scale-ups and manage daily technical support for Production Units, including troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and optimization of batch processes.
• Develop, revise, and maintain Manufacturing Instructions, Batch Sheets, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Control Strategies, and Glide Slopes for in-line instruments.
• Participate in and support Process Safety Management (PSM) activities, including PHAs, incident investigations, and maintaining accurate Process Safety Information.
• Interface with Technical Support and R&D teams to implement new products, improve existing processes, and support ISO initiatives.
• Lead or participate in Root Cause Failure Analyses to resolve quality issues and reduce QL-3 events, scrap, and associated costs.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to ensure timely repairs, equipment upgrades, and improved reliability across Production Units.
• Drive cost reduction and process improvement projects to increase capacity, reduce cycle times, improve yields, and enhance product quality.
• Provide training and technical support to production personnel, promoting teamwork, waste minimization, and environmental compliance.
• Serve as a positive point of contact for customers and external stakeholders, supporting production scheduling and ensuring compatibility and batch-sizing alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical & Mechanical Engineering required
• 5+ years of experience in chemical process engineering chemical manufacturing
• Strong background in Process Safety Management (PSM), PHAs, HAZOPs, and MOCs)
