Welcome to American NTN Bearing Manufacturing, a highly automated Tier 1 supplier of wheel‑bearing hubs for the automotive industry. We are part of NTN, the world’s third largest bearing manufacturer, operating in over 75 plants worldwide with more than 100 years of premium quality.

Assist in the safe production of quality products by ensuring parts are moved through the production process efficiently and checked for quality. Responsibilities include line loading, repacking, visual inspection, and sorting.

Base Pay: $16.00 per hour.
Second shift differential: $2.50 per hour.
Third shift differential: $3.00 per hour.

• Follow all company rules and regulations related to environmental, health, and safety.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to lift and transfer materials.
• Supply components to hoppers, indexing poles or conveyors.
• Load parts from the basket to machine conveyor.
• Remove finished parts from the machines, inspect as necessary, and pack properly.
• Visually inspect components and parts for defects, sort and disassemble defect parts.
• Perform cleaning and 5S tasks.
• Other job‑related tasks may be assigned.

• Able to read, write and speak English well enough to successfully pass safety training.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Concentrate on a task over several minutes without being distracted.
• Arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern.
• Physically move objects safely using proper lifting techniques.

The work environment features moderate noise and requires PPE such as safety shoes, safety glasses, bump caps, steel toe safety shoes, and hearing protection where appropriate. Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities.

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, vibration, and loud noises.
• Must wear safety shoes, safety glasses, chemical resistant gloves, and bump caps.
• Position requires a minimum 40‑hour workweek with possible overtime.
• Regular standing, walking, using hands, reaching, kneeling, crawling, and speaking.
• Lifting up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Requires sufficient vision to see details at close range for inspections.

Standard workweek of 40 hours. Shift differentials: second shift +$2.50/hr, third shift +$3.00/hr.

Base pay is coupled with company goals and internal equity; actual base pay will vary based on location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
