Overview
Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is a leading global manufacturer of small engineered precision components utilizing proprietary multi-slide die-casting technology and tooling techniques. We currently have openings for Die Casting Machine Operators on 1st shift, 2nd shift, and 3rd shift.
1st Shift Pay: $17-$21/hr., based on experience
1st Shift
Hours:
7:00am-3:30pm
2nd Shift Pay: $18.70-$23/hr., based on experience
2nd Shift
Hours:
3:00pm-11:30pm
3rd Shift Pay: $19.55-$24.15/hr., based on experience
3rd Shift
Hours:
11:00pm-7:30am
Performs operation of casting/molding machines and related equipment. This position provides you with an opportunity to develop a career in the die-casting industry. The pathway to advance can include running the machine; setting up the machine; becoming a lead; becoming a supervisor and beyond.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the die is running properly. Gather first off pieces following set up and deliver to quality for inspection.
- Observe and check assigned casting/molding machine operations.
- Observe quality of products for excessive flash, surface finish of casting and other obvious or specifically cautioned defects.
- Help other operators as needed.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the department supervisor or manager.
High school diploma/general education degree (GED); and/or three to six months related experience or training preferred. Proven experience as a machine operator. Experience in injection molding preferred. Ability to perform general maintenance tasks.
