Overview: The Lead Overhead Crane Service Technician will travel to customer production facilities to inspect, troubleshoot, repair and modify electric overhead bridge cranes and related material handling equipment.

Provide service for heavy machinery, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Conduct on‑site evaluations and perform maintenance tasks as required. Document service activities, create reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.

• 8-10 years experience as a crane service technician.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to learn mechanical and industrial skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in production environments; some overnight travel possible.
• Ability to operate company phone and computer.
• Ability to complete electronic forms in a timely manner.
• Ability to work extended hours, including holidays, as required.

• Lift / carry up to 40-50 pounds unassisted.
• Squat, twist, reach, climb, and bend frequently.
• Push/pull material with equipment assistance.
• Hand‑eye coordination and bilateral dexterity (gross and fine).
• Depth perception and peripheral vision.
• Stand and walk 95% of the work day.
• Ability to hear.

• Exposure to hot and cold conditions.
